This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities, including a Spa & wellness centre, private swimming pool and high-class restaurant. the massage I received was exceptional and the staff were incredibly attentive. the location was unbeatable, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions.
this minor issue did not detract from the overall exceptional experience.
